As part of IBSG, Schottmiller works with many of the world’s leading companies in business and technology strategies, transformational organizational change, and innovative solutions that drive growth and profitability.

With more than 20 years of focused retail and consumer products experience, Schottmiller has worked across the global supply chain, from consumer to raw material supplier. He has formulated business strategies, redesigned processes and organizations, developed innovative solutions, and directly managed major IT transformations.

Before joining IBSG, Schottmiller was a Senior Partner at Kurt Salmon Associates (KSA) in its Technology Innovation and Enablement Practice.

Schottmiller earned an Undergraduate Degree from Syracuse University in Information Systems and Statistics, a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Boston University, an Executive Certification in Exponential Technologies from Singularity University and is a certified Instructor for Managing Major Organizational Change.
